Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

DUTIES: Design, develop, and implement complex regulatory technology and data governance solutions supporting U.S. consumer and institutional banking operations. Responsibilities include analyzing and translating regulatory frameworks into functional and technical specifications. The role requires developing business process models, data lineage frameworks, metadata management and data quality controls aligned with enterprise data governance strategy. Lead requirement elicitation, use case definition, user story development, and process mining. Collaborate with global development teams to design scalable and compliant data architectures, dashboards, and reporting workflows using various tools. Perform testing, UAT coordination and production deployment validation. Support regulatory attestation, regulatory certification, and audit readiness through evidence collection, control documentation, and issue remediation. Work on U.S. banking regulatory frameworks including FDIC, Regulation E, Regulation CC, and other relevant Federal Reserve standards. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing business analysis activities. Six (6) years of experience must include: Writing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements and performing technical analysis associated with screening and workflow systems; Coordinating with stakeholders and development teams for end-to-end execution, implementation, and delivery of complex projects and solutions; Collaborating with Independent Compliance Risk Management, Audit and Legal teams to ensure comprehensive preparedness for internal and external audit reviews; Performing System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex projects; Working on data quality and data control frameworks developing business process models, data lineage frameworks, metadata management and data quality controls; Documenting process flow diagrams using MS Office, Visio and requirements in the form of JIRA stories and utilizing process mining tools including Celonis to optimize business processes; Providing project-level analysis and producing required project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, and UAT plans. Employer will accept three (3) years of university-level studies plus two (2) years of related experience in meeting the bachelor’s degree requirement. 40 hrs./wk.
