In this role, you’re expected to:

• Design and Development of Client Connectivity platform to establish best in Class Client connectivity solutions across the globe.
• Use technical skills to ensure business requirements are understood at all levels of delivery.
• Utilize develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in BPM software platforms includingIBM BAMOE,RH PAM,Pega Infinity, IBM BAW as well as business integration and Rules products.
• 4+ years of experience in Engineering and usage of the mentioned products and Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• Experience with cloud-based services implementation and enablement on on-prem and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with engineering and release automation of the above-mentioned products
• Experience with secure services engineering including application and operations access controls and audit controls enablement
• Hands on experience working with application teams to onboard and adopt and develop their applications based on the engineered Middleware services
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred.
