Optimize coverage models and resource allocation, and implement career development paths and succession planning to maximize portfolio effectiveness and talent retention. 15+ years of sales and relationship management experience in FX markets at a financial services organization Proven track record in a senior client-facing role working with multinational corporate clients and buy-side community Deep understanding of corporate FX products including spot, forwards, options, and structured solutions Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams Strong strategic thinking and ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives Proven ability to defend client relationships against competitive threats and win competitive situations Extensive network of senior client relationships across Asia Pacific corporate segment
Experience: working collaboratively with Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, and other product partners Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and competitive intelligence Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority
