Citi Global Wealth is looking for Full Time Analysts to join the growing business in Geneva starting in July 2026. Citi's Global Wealth services are built upon three core capabilities: tailored lending to meet our clients' need for liquidity, access to some of the world's leading equity, fixed income and alternative investment managers, and an integrated holistic approach to family wealth management. Citi Global Wealth also uses proprietary technologies that enable our bankers, investment counsellors and product specialists to provide a broad range of integrated strategies to our clients. If none of these terms make sense right now, that's ok! As a Global Wealth Analyst, you will join a training program where you will receive an in-depth education to learn the fundamentals of the Analyst role and introduce you to Citi's culture. Whatever your degree is in, we will give you the training you need to excel.

We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The Citi Global Wealth Analyst program trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to help your clients achieve financial success. The Analyst program starts in mid July and begins with a four week, in-depth training program. After initial training, Analysts rotate across at least three divisions. All Global Wealth Analysts complete rotations in Investments and Sales. Other rotational opportunities are available in other product areas such as Banking, Custody and Trust.

You may rotate in some of the following teams:

• The Private Banking Team, who work to onboard new clients and manage every aspect of existing clients’ relationship with Citi, helping them manage their wealth holistically and plan for their families' futures

• The Investment Counsellor Team, who provide investment advice on a broad range of asset classes and strategies to clients, bring them the very best of our leading platform

• The Investment Finance Team, who help our clients access loans, facilitate liquidity needs, enhance yield, and diversify their assets through Margin Lending, Commercial/Residential Real Estate financing, Art and Aircraft financing, and much more

• The Capital Markets Team, specialists who offer advice and cutting-edge institutional execution of equities, commodities, fixed income, foreign exchange, rates and structured products

• The Investment Management Team, who offer global and regional-focused discretionary portfolios across a range of asset classes and themes, including equities, fixed income and multi-asset class investment strategies

• The Global Investment Lab, whose deep analytical abilities and unique asset allocation and valuations models help ensure our clients are allocated in the most appropriate assets at the right time. They can also uncover gaps and opportunities where our clients can improve their portfolio composition

• A range of other product and support teams, which include the Business Development Group (BDG), Platform Development & Innovation, Global Family Office Group, and Trust and Wealth Planning among many others

Global Wealth Analysts above all must value client relationships and one-on-one service. After the Analyst Program, top performers are eligible for promotion to Associate.

• Explore and develop new business opportunities

We want to hear from you if…

• You are in your final year of University or have graduated (2025/2026)

• Expected to achieve or have achieved Good (5-5.49, or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline.

• You have an interest in Wealth Management and Private Banking
