Mehnaty Graduate Analyst is an Emirati Program for a duration of 12 months designed to develop and nurture UAE national talent, preparing fresh Emirati university graduates for future roles in banking.

We want to hear from you if...

  • Have already graduated between 2023 – 2025.

  • Obtained or on course to achieve a 2:1 as per UK education system or GPA 3 or equivalent and above.

  • Keen interest in a career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Reporting: Support the creation of regular reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate business performance and planning outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Forecasting & Modeling Support: Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts, providing input on assumptions and data validation.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the planning and execution of various strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to gather information and ensure integrated planning.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes, methodologies, and analytical findings.

  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support management decision-making.
