The Regional Marketing Senior Lead Analyst supports the marketing efforts for our Private Banking division. We seek a dynamic, inquisitive marketer who thrives on diverse challenges and actively seeks to engage with all facets of the marketing landscape. This role offers the opportunity to partner extensively with regional and global teams, spanning brand development, content creation, social media engagement, sponsorships, event management, and digital platforms. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive client engagement, enhance brand positioning and support business growth. Reporting to the APAC Head of Marketing, this role requires a forward-thinking professional with a deep understanding of private banking and the needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients. **In this role, you’re expected to: ** - Support the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan for the Private Banking business, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. - Collaborate with the APAC Head of Marketing, Marketing colleagues, senior leadership, bankers, and product teams to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies. - Lead brand positioning, thought leadership, and content strategies, ensuring messaging resonates with ultra-high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders. - Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to refine marketing approaches and identify opportunities for innovation. - Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive client acquisition and engagement. - Utilize data-driven approaches and partner with digital marketing specialists to enhance client outreach and engagement across multiple channels. - Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. - Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines, align with the bank's brand values and client-first approach, and appropriately assess and mitigate risk by adhering to policies, laws, and ethical standards. **As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: ** - Proven experience (12 years) in a marketing role within private banking, wealth management, or financial services. - Deep understanding of ultra-high-net-worth client expectations and the private banking landscape. - Extensive experience across strategic marketing, content and client engagement strategies, including managing campaigns, events, paid media, and sponsorships. - Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of executing successful marketing initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across all levels and within a complex, multi-site matrix organization. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, manage priorities, effectively manage budgets and vendors, and pinpoint key performance indicators for initiatives. - Detailed experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Thorough understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services. - Creative thinker with strong creative judgment and a self-starter mentality.
