Team/Role Overview

The role applies in-depth knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the new platform. What you’ll do

• Develop detailed UAT work plans, schedules; resource plans and status reports
• Liaise with project staff and senior management teams regarding status of projects
• Recommend and oversees process improvements
• Have considerable business impact through the evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards
• Possess a strong understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Directly impact the business by influencing functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services
• Act as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work
• Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and work along with partners to develop innovative solutions
• Persuade and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

What we’ll need from you

• 4+ years relevant professional experience
• Expert in identifying, mitigating, managing, resolving, and escalating risks and issues
• Knowledge of lending platforms like Flexcube, Loan IQ, CitiFT, etc. as well as use MS Office products would be a strong advantage
• Familiar with regulatory concepts and other key areas of risk within the operations and data environments
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes, including verbal communication and documentation analysis
• Excellent analytical skills for filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex information from multiple sources
• Ability to collaborate with various Stakeholders and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Loan Operations Projects Senior Analyst

Citigroup are undergoing a transformation of the Loans Business globally, part of which is our move onto the LoanIQ platform. With the EMEA having begun, we are looking to build out the Loan Operations Projects team to work predominately in the LoanIQ space.

• Ability to make evaluative judgements based on analysis of facts and data
