8+ years of experience as Database Developer (SQL/Java), preferably within the financial domain.
Demonstrated leadership in designing, implementing, and overseeing Development tasks for complex software applications.
Expert-level understanding of software development methodologies, best practices, and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and ability to mentor team members in these areas.
Strong proficiency in Oracle or similar relational databases, with the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and setup.
Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, capable of articulating complex functional issues, risks, and strategies to technical and business stakeholders.
Extensive experience in DB development of diverse applications, including web-based, client-server, and distributed systems.
In-depth familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including active participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in Functional QA, with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Senior role, preferably within the financial domain.
In-depth understanding of Finance Close Process monitoring metrics, coupled with proven ability to strategically design and generate complex test data scenarios to ensure their accuracy and integrity. Demonstrated leadership in designing, implementing, and overseeing functional testing strategies for complex software applications.
Expert-level understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in leading test planning, test case design, test execution oversight, and comprehensive defect management processes.
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and ability to mentor team members in these areas.
Strong proficiency in Oracle or similar relational databases, with the ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for data validation and test setup.
Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, capable of articulating complex functional issues, risks, and strategies to technical and business stakeholders.
Extensive experience in functional testing of diverse applications, including web-based, client-server, and distributed systems.
In-depth familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including active participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives from a QA leadership perspective.
