Responsibilities

Contribution to Strategic Objectives: Contribute to the strategic definition and achievement of business objectives, supporting revenue growth and P&L targets within the portfolio.

Strategy Formulation Support: Support the formulation and evolution of comprehensive business strategies, providing market insights and contributing to the identification of emerging opportunities in digital wealth.

Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Assist in the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating activities and collaborating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Investment Portfolio & Digital Wealth Growth Support: Support the implementation of portfolio management strategies and promotional frameworks to enhance investment penetration and contribute to digital wealth revenue and net new investment asset growth.

Sales Enablement & Empowerment Contribution: Contribute to the development and deployment of sales enablement tools, comprehensive training programs, and strategic support to optimize campaign effectiveness and client engagement.

Digital Client Journey Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous evolution of the client's digital journey, supporting initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-selling synergies, and operational efficiencies across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in investment product management, digital wealth management, or related financial services roles, with a demonstrable track record of contributing to business growth and transformation.

Business Acumen: Strong investment business acumen, with a proactive approach to identify and support opportunities for market expansion and revenue generation.

Collaboration & Influence: Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders towards shared objectives.

Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical capabilities, adept at distilling complex data into actionable insights and contributing to data-driven proposals, with an ability to adapt to dynamic market landscapes, technological shifts, and regulatory changes.

Education
