The Receptionist provides support to another individual or group of individuals by handling correspondence, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Operates a multi-line telecommunication system, answering and referring inquiries
- Maintains the schedule for conference rooms and training rooms, and schedules room reservations
- Provides support for meetings, to include preparation of rooms and assistance in catering arrangements
- As required, contacts building maintenance concerning facilities problems or issues
- Performs clerical work to including filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special projects
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Working Closely with other members of the administration team
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience in a client facing role preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with computers and technology
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Mantener el área de lobby ordenada y presentable.
Cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad e imagen corporativa.(brigadas)
REQUISITOS:
Escolaridad:**Licenciatura (preferente concluida) en **en áreas administrativas, turismo, relaciones públicas o afín.
Experiencia de 2 años en adelante
como recepcionista, hostess corporativa o atención a clientes en corporativos, hoteles, embajadas o empresas de servicios.
Experiencia atendiendo ejecutivos, clientes y visitantes externos.
Deseable experiencia en corporativos con alto flujo de visitantes.
Manejo Office intermedio (excel, power point, word).
Manejo de conmutador telefónico.
Sistemas básicos de control de accesos o registro (deseable).
Preferente manejo de sistema Marketplace
Inglés básico o intermedio para atención de visitantes(deseable).
Habilidades: comunicación verbal clara y efectiva, alta orientación al **servicio y atención al cliente,**trabajo en equipo, orientación al detalle, liderazgo (manejo de equipos de trabajo).

Prefernte radicar en Estado de México, ya que la vacante estará en dicha ubicación.
