The Business Development Manager is a strategic professional who will be primarily responsible for driving cross-division collaboration and business development with focus on LATAM region. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and external clients. Individual will be accountable for significant direct business results that will be accomplished through building internal relationships, especially with senior bankers, to drive deeper relationships with their clients and prospects. Responsibilities: - Responsible for driving new introductions and client conversion from the Banking division to the Wealth division and from the Wealth division to the Banking division with focus on LATAM region. - Responsible for tracking for reporting purposes and managing revenue share agreements around partnership introductions - Responsible for maintaining effective controls around privacy information (Wealth) and MNPI (Banking).
