We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Citi Services 10-week Summer Analyst Program provides entry-level employees with the ability to learn the Services business through training sessions and real, on-the-job experience. Summer Analysts have the opportunity to work closely with a Services team as if you were a full-time Analyst, owning your own projects. After an initial week of training and placement process based on your interests and our needs, you’ll be assigned to an industry or product coverage group where you’ll focus on financial analysis, business development, market research, and problem solving.
Your typical day will look something like this:
- Perform market research on the impact of macroeconomic factors impacting a particular business or industry segment
- Build sales enablement materials to drive product commercialization and increased revenues
- Develop process documents to enhance existing activities and mitigate risk
- Create analyses to identify product and / or industry client targets
- Attend meetings with team members and partners
- Present project to team, partners, and senior leadership
- Strengthen your personal network across Services teams, while developing a better understanding of the Services business
We want to hear from you if…
- You will graduate college between December 2026 and May 2027 and have a preferred GPA of 3.5 or above
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have a basic understanding of MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint are second nature
- You have an interest in financial services
- You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
