Wholesale Credit Risk team within ICG-IT supports a diverse range of business partners such as Credit Risk, Retail Risk, Market Risk, Risk Governance, Internal Audit and Operational Risk by developing a number of reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos and Microstrategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics dashboards, and other BI solutions. Design and develop solutions using Tableau dashboards (Web) using Big Data/Oracle and other databases as backend technologies.
• Deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to identify data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan.
• Must be highly skilled in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Review and improve existing systems by collaborating with various teams and integrate new systems as required.
• Find the key areas of automation to make the business processes smooth.
• Looking for delivery focused data analyst /Tableau developer who will partner with other technology and business departments to develop and execute on a business process transformation strategy for the EA (Enterprise Architecture) business group.
• Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics
• Prepare reports using various visualization and data modelling methods
• Drill-down data and prepare reports with utmost accuracy
• Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refresh

Qualifications

• 15 + years of experience in enterprise BI development. Strong background in designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions.
• 9+ years of hand on experience with Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management).
• Strong experience in data mart / data warehouse design.
• Must be highly skilled in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Experience in managing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Strong Analytical and communication skills.
• Sting SQL and PL/SQL fundamentals

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, Business Intelligence, and data analytics
• Proficiency in analytics and database querying tools
• Extensive experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau
• Excellent analytical skills to forecast and predict trends and insights using past and current data
• Exposure to Hyper API and other tableau developer tools
• Python exposure is mandatory for Data Engineering and ETL Pipelines
• Able to build visually rich and interactive dashboards
• Able to manipulate and blend data to design dashboards and visualization

Desired Skills / Good to have

• Certified in Tableau: Tableau desktop specialist or Tableau certified data analyst
• Prior experience in finance domain
• Analytics using Big Data, Python or R
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Tab Py and Data Management
• Experience working within an Agile development methodology
• Manage Tableau Server Administration related activities
