We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. You will then rotate across 2 departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across Services business lines and business functions.
We want to hear from you if…
- You are in your final year of university (graduating until June 2026) or graduated within the last two years.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have a basic understanding of MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
