The Product Manager is a pivotal middle management role, driving product strategy, development, and market growth. This leader will provide direction to Product Management teams, manage budgets, and oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to market, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the global development and launch of comprehensive product offerings, including go-to-market strategies, legal diligence, continuous operational improvement, budget allocation, partnership management, training, and support.

  • Define product strategy and vision, conducting in-depth market and user research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and anticipating client needs to evolve the product roadmap and maximize client satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Manage stakeholder alignment and executive communication, cultivating strong relationships with cross-functional and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives, and orchestrating effective executive reviews with minimal supervision.

  • Drive business performance and technical guidance, accountable for delivering significant direct business results and providing strategic direction and authoritative guidance on product development, including technical strategy.

  • Champion organizational effectiveness by developing a deep understanding of organizational structure and internal processes to effectively navigate complexities and foster cross-functional collaboration that contributes to overall business growth.

  • Initiate and implement process improvements in collaboration with onboarding, operations, technology, and other relevant teams to optimize product delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business

  • Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • Has experience working with segregated / client money accounts (preferable)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
