The Fac Ops Construction Proj Mgr is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Responsibilities:
- Supports end to end facilities operations including design & construction project management, physical operations and maintenance of building /facilities
- Manages the pipeline and pipeline meetings, productivity, reserves and budget process
- Provides project management services and interacts with regional contacts
- Analyzes internal and industry benchmarking data
- Conducts senior management monthly reporting and review sessions.
- Responsible for the overall project reporting (pipeline, status) and ability to analyze real estate data and being able to interpret and present findings to senior management.
- Tracks and reports Citi Realty Services productivity and reserve schedules.
- Streamlines current reporting to produce quicker results with the same level of accuracy.
- Participates in the creation of the Citi Realty Services operating budget.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Gestión de Mantenimiento (Predictivo , Preventivo y Reactivo): Instalaciones eléctricas, hidráulicas, aire acondicionado y obra civil.
- Gestión de Proveedores y Servicios**:** Gestionar y asegurar servicios “hard” (mantenimiento de equipos electromecánicos, obra civil, hidraúlica) y “soft” (limpieza, jardinería, pet control, residuos).
- Control Presupuestal: Administrar el presupuesto de operación, optimizando gastos y controlando costos.
- Seguridad y Cumplimiento Legal: Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de Protección Civil, seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Gestión de Espacios y Proyectos: Coordinar movimientos internos y reconfiguración de espacios de trabajo.
- Sostenibilidad y Tecnología: Implementar soluciones eficientes (ej. iluminación LED, sensores) y asegurar el cumplimiento de certificaciones, relevante en el contexto de edificios certificados en México.
- Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas para el análisis de fallas.
