Trade Processing Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:

Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points

Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions

Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions

Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience

Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption

Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications:
-
A recognized tertiary qualification in Banking, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Management.

About 2-4 year experience in Customer Service, preferably in Trade.

Exposure to Client interaction and should have a flair for customer service intelligence.

Good communication and interpersonal skill. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
-
Excellent communication skills in English (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory with proficiency in Indonesia/Mandarin/Cantonese language.
-
Knowledge of guidelines governing Letters of Credit & other Trade products.
-
Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
