- This is an EMEA professional role requiring a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks with a good understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based

Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. The performance of the job holder impacts the wider ASO team
Responsibilities:
- Willing to work in EMEA Shift.
- Authenticates and remediates client data using external and internal Citi systems.
- Liaises with both internal Citi teams and/or external clients globally to ensure data quality is remediated.
- Provides a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders.
- Provides tangible metrics to Management.
- Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Supports the team manager in completion of additional management tasks
- Maker (1st level) and Checker (2nd level) processing of requests across all business lines
- Performing User Acceptance Testing with occasional weekend release testing as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Managing various data remediation work streams and projects knowledge
- Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
- Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable.
- Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate.
- Financial services related qualifications.
- Knowledge of SSI (Standard Settlement Instruction) and SWIFT messages
Education:
- University degree or 2 years of equivalent industry experience preferrable
- English verbal and written skills required to high standard
