We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as HR Delivery Offboarding Ops Sup Intermediate Analyst, - Hybrid based in Mumbai, India. The HR Ops Sup Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing HR operations support services, including but not limited to; employee offboarding processing, reduction in force management, record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, in coordination with the HR Partnership & Delivery Team. Additionally, the HR Ops Sup Intermediate Analyst serves as the liaison between HR partners, payroll, benefits, in-country HR teams, business and other stakeholders. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day employee offboarding operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:

Act as a maker of US-specific Offboarding transactions which includes but not limited to terminations and exit management, generation of separation agreements for RIF cases and coordination with identified stakeholders

Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed

Execute work assigned, including annual regulatory reviews and change requests

Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval

Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business requirements

Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes

Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date

Ensure consistent application of team process controls

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:

3 -5 years relevant HR experience

Willingness to be placed on a mid-shift or night-shift schedule to schedule US Operations

Experience on employee life cycle with HR offboarding experience preferred

Knowledge of US employment laws preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Proven organization and time management skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
