This role is for a senior engineer with hands-on experience in building application security cloud solutions at the K8s level. Driving delivery of platform capabilities within the cyber domain supporting application needs for on-prem and cloud environments. Driving Ownership areas, bring strong cloud engineering expertise around application security but also k8s aws, google continually keeping up to date on new gaps within application security and devsecops platform capabilities to be bridged and resolved .Able to deliver highly secure and superbly engineered code. Identifying gaps within developers security platform and driving resolutions by developing components addressing the gaps including authentication and authorization , credential management , encryption , certificates management and more. This position requires close collaboration and partnership with Security Engineering, Cloud Engineering, as well as Authentication and Authorization Engineering teams.

o Resolve world-wide developer problems, cyber security breaches in an effective centralized way

Key Responsibilities:

o Technical engineer working with key stake holders of cloud engineering and application security experts

o Explore and resolve key application security gaps and drive their resolutions

o Develop modules that resolve identified gaps in a centralized optimized manner such as: credential mgmt, authentication, authorization, end to end scanning tools

o Act as an advisor and expert lead to various development teams across the company, to help them improve their expertise within cloud engineering and application security

Experience:

o Hands-on experience developing high-performance solutions following Agile methodologies ideally backend Java experience

o Expertise of cloud engineering and application security, demonstrated by previous roles in the domain and industry certification

o Familiarity with GoLang , Node.js UI authentication is an advantage

o Good understanding of security capabilities supporting application development such as authentication, authorization, credential management, certificate management, encryption for on-prem and cloud

o Understanding of container orchestration technologies

o Containers K8s hands on experience understanding the lifecycle of a containers and integration with security boundaries-advantage

o Experience in building end to end solutions for the cloud domain in a secure manner

o Ability to write documentation in a dilligent manner and lead elements in projects independentely
