We are a global team operating from 3 Hubs including Warsaw Poland, Pune India and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. We are looking a candidate for Warsaw hub who will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with global sanctions regulations and maintaining the integrity of our processes to handle EMEA market and operations and collaborate with other hubs time to time.

Responsibilities:

• Investigation of potential matches generated on the back of automatic screening of securities settlement instructions against global, regional, and domestic sanctions lists

• Analyzing and investigating parties to screened transactions and static data

• Querying additional details about the transaction

• Recording evidence of the decision-making process for analytical, presentation, and audit purposes

• Writing dispositions with clear rationale substantiating their decision about the match being positive or false

• Participation in optimization initiatives and projects designed to eliminate risk, reduce manual touchpoint, and save processing time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience, preferably in banking, finance, or compliance will be an asset

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance

• Good command of English coupled with excellent communication skills

• General awareness of global geopolitics; analytical and investigative skills

• Demonstrate exceptional ability to manage and meet multiple, often dynamic, deadlines effectively

• MS Excel (including v-lookup and pivot tables)

• Understand of SWIFT message network

• Proactivity combined with ingenuity, sense of ownership
