- The HR Benefits Operations Analyst (C09) is an individual contributor responsible for execution of employee benefits operations, including processing, reconciliations, vendor invoice management, accounting support, statutory benefits, and employee query handling, in line with defined SOPs and controls.Key Responsibilities Process salary reimbursements, gratuity, superannuation, pension, EPFO and other statutory benefits as per policies and statutory requirements (maker role).Perform headcount and benefits reconciliations across HR, payroll, benefits and finance systems.Manage vendor invoices end-to-end, including validation, accruals, reclassifications, and amortization before submission for payment.Support book-keeping and accounting activities related to payroll and benefits expenses.Handle employee and statutory benefit queries, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.Maintain documentation, audit trails, and compliance with internal controls and SOPs.Key Skills Strong reconciliation skills using Excel ( through advance formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation).Good understanding of and statutory remittance processes.Sound knowledge of vendor invoice management, accounting, and payroll benefits including process audits.High attention to detail, process orientation, and effective communication skills.Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.5–6 years of experience in managing vendor invoices, accounting, payroll benefits, and statutory remittances.------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Operations
