The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a mid level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to complex design projects and has expert Pega8/Pega24 knowledge based on in-depth experience and history of successful projects on Pega Customer Service Applications.
• Building Pega Applications on Constellation UI.
• Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure work is delivered on-time.
• Use Pega8/Pega24 architecture, security model, and service interfaces to build effective software solution
• Ensures that systems are built for change, are reusable, and are maintainable
• Development support and design consultation for development activities
• Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during the project life cycle
• Performance monitoring, tuning and optimization
• Interaction with the Production Support and Development Teams (Citi and Vendor) to deliver end-user support, defect resolution, etc. To include emergency off-hours support
• Interaction with partner development, testing, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Knowledge and Competencies:

• More than 4 years of experience with Pega7/Pega8/Pega24 versions• Constellation UI
• Domain knowledge of banking is preferable
• SQL, HTML, and JavaScript experience a plus
• RDBMS and Web technologies experience
• Performance monitoring and tuning experience

Qualifications:

• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification and/or PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect) certification
• Knowledge on Pega Smart Investigate/ Customer Service/ Dispute frameworks
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, related to Pega
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Education: • Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering/Master of Computer Applications
