Timely identify changes in regulations, determine the impact of these changes on franchise and regulatory reporting, initiate development of action plan and ensure all new regulatory requirements are implemented within deadlines defined by regulator; Ensure all local regulatory reporting and related processes/documentation are compliant to Ukraine legislation; Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all local regulatory reporting, monitor compliance for NBU prudential ratios/limits Ensure daily reconciliation of data transferred from Flexcube to local reporting system is performed, all differences are resolved, communicated and documented; Ensure local reporting system is in compliance with all current NBU regulations. In case of any legislation change or technical issues make sure that all necessary enhancements are requested and implemented timely; Document all required enhancements to technology and coordinate the implementation and testing of the upgrades; Support the business on local regulatory reporting and accounting compliance issues by providing accurate / timely advice where needed, ensure changes are properly communicated to business; Keep cooperative relationships with external regulators (NBU supervisors, Tax office representatives) Support Chief Accountant during audits and inspections; Develop and timely update local regulatory reporting procedures and documentation; Participate in implementation of new local regulatory reporting software (if any) Back-up the Chief Accountant (including but not limited, consulting business units, responding to business requests, charts of accounts maintenance, coordination of all types of audits, oversight and signing of regulatory and tax reports and financial statements). 4-5-year experience in Finance/Accounting/Reporting in banking or financial sector MA in Banking/Finance/Economics/Accounting/Audit, strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards in theory and in practice Fluency in Ukrainian and English - verbal and written. Clear and concise communication skills in English are required Good knowledge of banking activities and banking products, understanding of key concepts in finance, financial and regulatory reporting, regulatory policy Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with complex data spreadsheets Excellent analytical skills, strong judgment and decision-making abilities (problem solving) Proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly and work successfully both independently and within a team Strong planning and time management skills Initiative to take a driver seat when resolving complex issues with multiple stakeholders involved Compliance with NBU requirements to impeccable reputation (credit history, criminal record, tax payments).
