The Core Trade Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of core trade transactions in line with defined procedures, internal controls, and service level expectations. This role is suitable for an early‑career professional who wants to build a solid foundation in trade operations within a global financial environment and is open to using modern digital and AI‑supported tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process core trade transactions accurately and on time, following standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
• Perform basic transaction checks to ensure data completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor assigned transaction queues and prioritize work based on deadlines and instructions from senior team members.
• Identify and escalate exceptions, breaks, or processing issues according to defined escalation paths.
• Update systems and records to ensure transactions are properly reflected across platforms.
• Use AI‑enabled or automated tools to support transaction processing, data validation, or issue identification, in line with user guidelines.
• Follow risk and control requirements, including documentation standards and audit guidelines.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in transaction processing, operations, or a back-office role within banking or financial services (graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of trade operations or willingness to learn core trade products and processes.
• Ability to use digital tools, including AI‑supported solutions, to assist with data analysis, transaction processing, or workflow management.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work well in a structured operational environment.
• Good command of English combined with strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to changing operational processes.
