The Enterprise Resilience Quality Review Analyst is responsible for conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews of the operational resilience components of Citi's businesses. The main goal is to identify potential resiliency risks and instances of non-compliance with the Enterprise Resilience Policy and Standards. The ideal candidate should have a background in the Business areas of Markets and Services, along with strong communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Resilience Assessments:

  • Understand underlying business processes.

  • Assess the completeness and adequacy of rationales to ensure the resilience of critical business operations.

  • Evaluate the adequacy of test documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.

Observation Management:

  • Complete assessment documentation.

  • Document and communicate identified issues to stakeholders.

  • Track issues through to resolution and validate the corrective actions taken.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Perform routine updates on monthly operations reports.

  • Analyze the root cause of identified issues to spot common themes and suggest program-level improvements.

Process Improvement:

  • Support the establishment or improvement of operational processes for the program.

  • Participate in and/or lead special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Markets and/or Services

  • Experience or a basic understanding of operational resilience, disaster recovery, or risk and controls.

  • Strong ability to take ideas from concept to execution and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and facilitation skills.

  • A team player with strong analytical, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, for data analysis and presentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
