Your key responsibilities:

• Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process
• Validating documentation prepared by team members
• Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes
• Building a safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking
• Challenging covered processes to identify and mitigate risks
• Assisting in the development of junior team members
• Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases
• Implementing process changes

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy, particularly an upper-intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
• Strong team-player attitude
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a willingness to develop and learn quickly
• Proficiency in any other European language will be considered an asset
