Citi’s Banking franchise is organized around three lines of business: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking. The unified Banking and International organization oversees the local delivery of the full firm to clients in each of the 95 markets where Citi has an on-the-ground presence.

Citi Investment Bank provides advisory, debt and equity capital markets solutions for corporations, governments and financial institutions.

The Investment Banking Analyst/Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, with a focus on ECM products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior Financing / Capital Markets as well as Investment Banking officers and professionals and participate in particular ECM transactions or assignments as the junior member of the team
  • Provide equity capital market solutions and analysis for clients
  • Prepare pitch materials equity and equity-linked products, maintain ECM-related database, review transaction documents, coordinate with internal parties including legal, compliance, markets and operation

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of Investment Banking and Equity Capital Market experience
  • Basic understanding & s execution experience of equity / equity-linked products and the transaction lifecycle
  • Actively monitor regional capital market movements and major capital market activities
  • Familiar with capital markets financial tools such as Bloomberg, Fact Set and Dealogic
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with other team members, professional parties and clients
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
