The ideal candidate brings a solid background in digital design and animation, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Your work will bring storylines to life and support brand and communications initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Brand and Campaign Managers to understand overall campaign objectives and creative strategy.
  • Translate concepts into interactive designs, illustrations, and infographics while maintaining high visual standards across all user touchpoints.
  • Partner with third-party vendors, such as printers and media producers, providing clear creative direction and ensuring quality outcomes

Experience

  • 5+ years of multi-media design experience, demonstrating hands-on design expertise, strong project and time management, and effective presentation skills. Experience in a marketing agency, recruitment marketing, or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Experience or interest in learning 3D modelling, simulation, and animation.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Cinema 4D, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational, follow-up, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to attend and support video/photo shoots, providing direction to photographers and videographers as needed.
  • Ability or interest in learning to operate professional camera equipment to capture photo or video content as required.
  • Eagerness to explore emerging AI technologies and integrate them into daily creative workflows.
  • Interest in web UI standards and responsive design frameworks; basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating sound ethical judgment, adherence to policy, and transparent management of control issues to safeguard Citi, its clients, and assets.
