Senior Manager, Application Development (Python & Spark) - Vice President Citi Funds Transfer Pricing Application has been built and rolled out to execute Funds Transfer Pricing (“FTP”) Policy globally across Citigroup and for all businesses.

Fund Transfer Pricing is a key regulatory function and is very important in how Citi determines the internal transfer price when allocating funds between businesses and treasury.

This FTP allocation adjusts the revenues/expenses of businesses for the costs/ benefits associated with funding and liquidity risks taken through asset and liability generation.

• Lead and inspire a team of developers working on cutting-edge applications.
• Architect solutions using Python, Apache Spark, and distributed systems on HDFS and Oracle platforms.
• Drive AI/ML adoption, integrating Generative AI tools to transform business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful, future-ready solutions.

• Expertise in Python, Spark, and distributed computing.-

Experience: with HDFS, Oracle databases, and enterprise-scale systems.

• Familiarity with Gen AI and ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face).
