We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Campaign Offer Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our client's top priority: new customer acquisition, specifically by driving sign-ups for new financial services accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously configuring campaign offers within the client’s proprietary systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client’s Marketing team with the end-to-end setup of offers.
- Accurately follow detailed setup procedures, including defining base package details, reward syntax, and variables required to generate unique offer URLs.
- Conduct thorough pre-live and post-release Quality Assurance (QA) on all configured offers to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide project management support and assistance with troubleshooting system errors as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in a digital marketing role having acted as an influencer; experience in online paid media, SEO, SEM a plus
- Financial Services Experience: Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the credit card space.
- Credit Card Product Knowledge: Understanding of key credit card concepts such as Annual Percentage Rates (APRs), how cashback and related rewards offers typically function, and other industry-specific terminology.
- Attention to Detail: Being exceptionally detail-oriented is critical for success in this role, given the precise nature of offer configuration.
- Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Cognos Experience: Familiarity with Cognos analytics and reporting tools is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
