The Credit Portfolio Officer is a senior-level position responsible for leading collections policy activities including (not restricted to) portfolio monitoring, portfolio deep-dives, suggesting strategy and policy enhancements opportunities, lead end to end implementation of strategies, which involves working with different stakeholders across teams, review policy exceptions and work with the controls teams closely on sizing, fixing and providing effective controls. Participate in regulatory reviews and exams. Its an IC role supporting all LoBs (Brands , CRS , PIL and USRB) **Responsibilities:** - Help in development of reporting framework for USPB  collections across all LoBs. Monitor monthly trends for insights and work proactively on enhancement of the reporting platform, aligned with simplification and automation goals - Understand USRB policies and deep-dive to find any gaps.
