In this role, you’re expected to:

The Transaction Capture Rep 5 is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to traders, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.

The overall objective of this role is to maintain position records and provide support with processes surrounding securities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain record of the fund register and their investors’ registration details
• Ensure proper completion of account opening form, in accordance to Citi FATCA and CRS obligation, ensure US Tax form & CRS self certification are validated.
• Perform tax form validation and update in GTAS/FATCA engine.
• Perform signature verification to ensure signer has authority to authorize place any order or request.
• Issue monthly statement to investor and should be distributed in secure manner via email/ Victor Buck System/ fax/ physical mail.
• Perform daily day end reconcilement confirming number of order by type received and processed.
• Investigate, identify and escalate any discrepancy between the collection and fund account.
• Provide creative solutions to reduce errors and to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Provide back-up coverage for team members and assist team members during high volume periods
• Respond to queries raised by internal stakeholders such as Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Cash and Settlements
• Respond to queries raised by external stakeholders such fund managers, auditors
• Meet reporting deadlines in accordance with the client’s

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in a related role (Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Studies preferred
• Experience within or knowledge of Capital Markets
• Efficient and effective with numerical tasks and transactions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
