Citi Analytics & Information Management (AIM) team is a global community that objectively connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for our business leaders. It identifies fact-based opportunities for revenue growth and expense reduction in partnership with the businesses.

We are seeking hands-on analytics and visualization expert for our COO Operations Reporting COE Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions to support key business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Interpret complex data sets to identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating these into clear, concise, and impactful insights that support informed decision-making for business partners and senior leadership.

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems, dashboards, and analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

Rationalize, enhance, transform, and automate existing reports, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to meet evolving business needs.

Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets.

Develop and maintain analytical reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and support data-driven decision-making for various business units.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analytics & Transformation roles with proficiency in data analytics tools/technologies like SQL, SAS, Python, Py Spark, Tableau etc.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data & analytics ecosystem, establish a scalable analytics framework – data strategy, process optimization, actionable insights, visualization techniques using Tableau
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to leverage data analytics tools & techniques for analytics problem solving for organizational needs
• MIS reporting and generate actionable Business Insights
• AI / Gen AI exposure is a plus

Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
