The Operations Data Senior Analyst at an AVP level plays a critical role in Data Transformation within the Investor Services Change team, with a strong focus on across multiple lines of business like: Middle Office, Fund Accounting, ETF and Transfer Agent.

You will lead and contribute to the development of new technologies, improvement of processes and work-flows as well as client, mandatory and regulatory initiatives.

Role requires great analytical skills in order to design, test and validate complex solutions and services for our clients and operational teams. Communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively cooperate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations and our Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all business analysis activities on assigned complex projects, both client and internal, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives

• Lead the preparation and analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth project implementation

• Perform in-depth process analysis and design solutions in response to complex client or operational needs across funds operations, including the development of target operating models and process re-engineering

• Oversee testing of new system functionalities in UAT environments; formulate and coordinate regression test plans and support Production Validation Testing for new system functionalities and client changes

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Stakeholders, Technology, Oversight teams, Relationship Managers, and Project Managers

• Manage client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts/team members, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality output

• Prepare and present project status, performance data, and key insights to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within a complex corporate environment — preferably in financial services

• Proven track record of 3+ years in investment fund accounting, Transfer Agency, and/or Middle Office processes and systems, with in-depth knowledge of fund services operations and workflows

• Demonstrated experience working within a Change Management function or driving operational improvements through methodologies such as Lean or business process reengineering

• Hands-on experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including participation in UAT, functional, and regression testing phases

• Strong capability to work with and manipulate complex data sets, derive meaningful insights, produce reports, and conduct root cause analysis, underpinned by sound business judgment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, accessible language for a broad and diverse audience while maintaining a high level of professionalism

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project) and familiarity with Quality Centre; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a distinct advantage
