The responsibilities of the Learning Experience Designer include: Create scalable learner journeys, modular and diverse content that enables synchronous and asynchronous reflection and learning. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to understand organizational trends and learning needs, and influence creative and impactful learning solution design. Advise on build/buy decisions for new solutions, use of existing tools, compliance, ethics and accessibility requirements. Agile Practices: Adopt agile principles and leverage design sprints for managing the design and development of formal programs and performance support tools. Adult Learning and Behavioral Science Principles: Ability to apply forward-thinking adult learning and behavioral science principles that balance cognitive load, motivation, accessibility and engagement in the learning solutions. Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills to navigate complex organizational environments. Ability to influence, negotiate and challenge stakeholders to deliver learner-centric solutions. Generative AI Tools and Educational Technology: Experienced in using generative AI tools to augment learning design and development process. Knowledgeable in learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools). Consulting and Advisory: Well-developed consulting and advisory skills, including change management, needs analysis, and learning impact analysis. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement: Ability to evaluate learning impact, analyze data, and inform stakeholders on efficacy. Organization and Proactiveness: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Creativity and Diversity: Values creativity and incorporates diverse perspectives in decision-making. Experience: 5-8 years in learning and development, talent management, diversity, organizational development, or related fields, with a track record in managing complex projects and building credibility.
