We are seeking an energetic and flexible Global Marketing Manager: Cisco Capital to join our global marketing team. Your Impact

You will be at the forefront of our digital engagement, campaign execution, and brand amplification, making a significant difference by:

  • Optimizing Digital Properties:

You will be a key steward of our digital presence, managing and enhancing content for Cisco Capital across critical platforms including Cisco.com, Sales Connect, and Share Point. Your keen eye will ensure our information is always fresh, engaging, and easily accessible to customers, partners, and our internal sales force, empowering them with the resources they need.

  • Driving Demand Generation:

You will actively contribute to and execute our demand generation strategy, helping to create leads for Cisco Capital through various digital channels and tactics.

  • Integrating into Cisco Customer Campaigns:

You will play a vital role in the integration of Cisco Capital across Cisco marketing campaigns, helping to drive engagement for flexible payment solutions and certified remanufactured equipment.

  • Managing Virtual Demand Center (VDC):

You will own the interlock with the VDC, in close collaboration with our Partner sales team, ensuring VDC sellers are enabled and informed about our solutions.

  • Leveraging Reporting & Analytics:

You will work in close partnership with Cisco’s data intelligence team to create and interpret reports from our internal analytics platform to track, analyze, and report on digital engagement, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Amplifying Social Media Presence:

You will own our social media presence, in collaboration with the Content & Communications marketing manager, amplifying dynamic content that sparks interaction, reinforces our brand presence, and extends our reach for Cisco Capital.

Minimum Qualifications

You are a data-minded digital native, eager to make your mark in a fast-paced, innovative environment. With a keen eye for detail, and a passion for connecting with audiences, and analyzing performance, you thrive on bringing marketing strategies to life across digital channels and executing with urgency. You possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, campaign management, social media, or content management within a B2B or technology environment.

  • Digital Marketing Acumen:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing content across digital platforms like corporate websites (Cisco.com), sales enablement portals (Sales Connect), and collaboration tools (Share Point).

  • Campaign Execution Enthusiasm:

Demonstrated ability to support or execute digital marketing and demand generation campaigns, understanding the lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.

  • Data-Driven Mindset:

Experience with reporting and analytics tools to measure digital and campaign performance, extract insights, and inform future strategies.

  • Social Media Savvy:

Demonstrated ability to manage presence on social media channels, driving interaction and brand awareness.

  • Communication and Collaboration Spirit & Flexibility:

An exceptional ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives. You are adaptable and comfortable managing a variety of tasks.

  • Organizational Excellence:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Graphic Design:

A foundational understanding of design principles or hands-on experience with graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong plus.
