Your Impact
- Develop, deploy, and operate AI Ops automation for security operations, integrating and tuning AI capabilities based on production data and feedback.
- Build monitoring and observability solutions to detect threats in real time.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with embedded security and compliance controls.
- Architect and maintain security controls, conduct assessments, and apply hardening across software and infrastructure.
- Lead security and compliance testing aligned with standards like SOC 2, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
- Manage incident response and mitigate risks for AI Ops platforms.
- Drive migration and integration with existing systems, define security requirements, and produce performance metrics.
- Contribute to threat modeling for AI-driven risks.
- Review and author detection logic and automation.
- Serve as a senior contributor, mentoring junior staff and leading design reviews to ensure reliability, observability, and security by design.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience
- Solid conceptual and practical knowledge in AI Ops, site reliability engineering, or production operations of AI-driven systems, with working knowledge of security engineering practices across a range of technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating XDR, SIEM, and SOAR platforms such as Cisco XDR and Splunk, and building automated detection and response playbooks.
- Track record applying AI and automation to vulnerability management and incident response, including triage, prioritization, containment, and post-incident reporting at scale.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI platforms and interoperability standards, such as AGNTCY, Agent Name Service (ANS), Agent-to-Agent (A2A), and Agent Connect Protocol (ACP), along with Amazon Bedrock Agents / Agent Core and frameworks like Lang Graph or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP (ISC2) or Cisco CCNP Security / Cyber Ops Professional.
