Your Impact
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain core business logic and backend services for the AIOps platform, focusing on high availability, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with Large Model Development Engineers and Machine Learning Algorithm Engineers to integrate model inference services and data preprocessing modules.
-
Create and optimize data pipelines to process massive volumes of IT metric, log, and event data.
-
Integrate the platform with external monitoring, alerting, and configuration systems (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CMDB).

Participate in system architecture and design reviews, contributing to platform performance, stability, and reliability.

Write clean, maintainable code, conduct unit/integration testing, and participate in code reviews.
-
Support deployment, monitoring, and incident response for production systems.

Share knowledge with your team, contribute to process improvements, and help drive product innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of Python backend development experience; or Master’s degree with equivalent experience.

Proficient in Python programming and common web frameworks (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures.

Solid understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

Familiarity with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching technologies.

Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Experience using Git for version control.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience developing large-scale platforms or systems, particularly in IT operations (AIOps), monitoring, or big data processing.

Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana).

Understanding of MCD/MCP protocols or Agentic AI frameworks.

Frontend development experience (e.g., React, Vue.js).

Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and contribute to technical design.

Exposure to secure coding practices and user privacy best practices.
