Your Impact

You’ll work across multiple stacks and domains to build integrations and features that power the next generation of Cisco’s global platform.

• Design and implement both functional and non-functional backend features.
• Drive product integrations across Cisco’s product portfolio.
• Work across multiple back-end technologies: Java, Python, other if needed
• Collaborate with other international teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Student pursuing B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading university graduating in 2026
• Hands-on backend development experience with Java or Python
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to legally live and work in Krakow (Poland), without visa support or sponsorship now or in the future (even after graduating college)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AWS, cloud technologies, and/or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice
