Your Impact

  • Serve as a key advisor for strategic accounts leading advancements in AI and national infrastructure to position Cisco as the preferred technology partner.

  • Develop and implement partner sales strategies to increase Cisco’s relevance and value across joint initiatives.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and partner customers to influence and complete joint strategic plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue streams aligned with national priorities and digital transformation goals.

  • Orchestrate partner enablement and handle performance metrics to ensure successful execution of joint go-to-market plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in technology sales and partner management within the IT industry.

  • Consistent record of working with or through partners to drive profitable growth and measurable revenue.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead within complex, matrixed organizations and coordinate diverse customers towards specific outcomes.

  • Strong operational excellence and financial acumen in handling partner relationships.

  • Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English for business communication and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Regional experience in the UAE or broader Middle East market.

  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with cloud technologies, services, subscription sales, and managed services business models.

  • Sound knowledge of Cisco’s portfolio, including networking, data center, cloud, security, and AI solutions.

  • Proven track record to work collaboratively within teams, gain consensus, and rapidly establish credibility with customers.
