Your Impact

  • Drive sales and business growth within the Service Provider segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Consulting Engineers to deliver comprehensive Cisco solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and position Cisco products and services to meet those needs effectively.
  • Lead presales activities including scoping, proposal development, and value positioning of Cisco solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their market and industry to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification through to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sales process for assigned accounts within the Service Provider segment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and industry trends relevant to Service Providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco Customer Experience (CX) teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team success.

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience in sales within the Service Provider or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and solutions relevant to Service Providers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
