The Silicon One Productization team pioneers manufacturing and test solutions to accelerate time-to-market and enable outstanding supply chain metrics. Our team collaborates closely with ASIC design and Supply Chain Operations groups to influence Cisco’s Silicon One productization strategy. We are a dynamic group focused on innovation, quality, and operational excellence, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The team is composed of experienced engineers passionate about solving sophisticated hardware and software challenges in advanced networking silicon.

Your Impact

Manage volume test operations at OSATs to meet production targets and ensure alignment with Cisco product ramp plans. Develop and transfer ATE and SLT test programs from Cisco labs to production environments, acting as the first responder to hardware and software production issues. Drive prompt resolution of test issues and collaborate with OSATs to meet throughput, yield, cycle time, and uptime metrics. Evaluate test vendors, recommend alternate site bring-ups, and lead qualification activities. Partner with Manufacturing Operations and Data and Automation Solutions teams to optimize production and perform statistical data analysis for yield improvement

Minimum Qualifications

• BSEE (or higher) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

• 2+ years working in ATE and SLT volume production test environments, preferably on high-end compute/networking devices.

• Ability to debug, analyze, tackle, and root cause manufacturing yield issues and field escapes; Drive issues to closure with improvement, optimization, and preventive measures.

• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and technical analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.

• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages is a plus.

• Experience using Advantest 93000 tester and SLT Hontech or Chroma handler will be a plus.
