As part of this pioneering effort, you’ll collaborate with leading AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers to design, develop, and operationalize AI systems that drive measurable business impact for millions of users worldwide. Your Impact As an Engineering Manager, you bring a visionary technical approach and a strong track record of building and leading high-performing ML/AI engineering teams. You will guide the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable machine learning systems while fostering an engineering culture focused on innovation, technical excellence, and measurable outcomes.

You will:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team focused on LLM-driven and agentic AI solutions.

• Drive end-to-end technical strategy across model development, optimization, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Partner with research and product teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into robust, scalable, production-ready systems.

• Influence architectural decisions and engineering standards to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security across the AI platform.

• Champion best practices in experimentation, model governance, responsible AI, and performance optimization.

• Enable your team to tackle ambiguity, solve complex problems creatively, and deliver high-impact solutions at scale.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or a related technical field.(or) MS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience

• Solid experience leading engineering teams and delivering production ML/AI systems.

• Strong portfolio of successful, large-scale machine learning projects.

• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, LLMs, and statistical modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, or related field.

• Proficiency in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and scikit-learn.

• Experience with distributed systems, model serving, MLOps workflows, and GPU compute environments.

• Excellent problem-solving ability with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

• Proven success working with product, research, and platform teams to ship real-world AI solutions.
