Your Impact

Full Lifecycle Development: Technical leadership in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products.

DevOps & Microservices: Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture.

Embrace AI technology: Leveraging these transformative technologies to accelerate the team’s productivity and the delivery of customer features.

Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly.

Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail.

Support & Growth: Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
3rd Level Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).

Work experience: 5+ years software development experience.

Coding Aptitude: Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Problem Solver: Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems.

Adaptable & Collaborative: Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.

Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these:

Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript

Experience with data science / AI
-
Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery
