About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can’t stop building with AI and can’t stop showing people what they’ve built.
You’re probably the kind of engineer who spends your evenings wiring agents together just to see what breaks. Your GitHub is full of experiments that are half-finished by traditional standards, but fully alive in your head. You’ve already built something with multi-agent systems, orchestration flows, or LLM pipelines passing work between each other and the first thing you did wasn’t polish it, it was demo it.
You don’t wait for things to be “ready.” You ship the weird version, the messy version, the “this might break” version, because that’s where the learning is. And then you talk about it. A lot.
About the Team
You sit close to our AI engineering team, where real features are being built and shipped. This is your technical home base, you’re not just observing what we’re building, you’re inside it, using it early, breaking it early, and helping shape how it evolves. You’ll also work closely with Marketing, but only to amplify what’s already real, not to manufacture it.
What You'll Do
Content & Community (50% of your time)
-
Write about what you actually built, what worked, what broke, and what surprised you
-
Show up in AI-native engineering communities where people are actively figuring things out in real time
-
Jump into conversations early, before consensus exists, and share what you’re learning as you go
-
Work with Marketing to amplify your work, without slowing down how fast you share it
Events & Representation (25% of your time)
-
Go to meetups and conferences with live demos that are still evolving
-
Spend time in SF and global engineering communities where AI-native builders are actively experimenting
-
Show up regularly, not just to speak, but to demo, learn, and exchange ideas
-
Help CircleCI stay present in the conversations that are defining how AI systems are actually being built
Technical Work (25% of your time)
-
Use CircleCI’s AI features before anyone else does
-
Build alongside our AI team so your content is grounded in real systems, not theory
-
Push on new capabilities by trying to break them early and often
-
Stay close to the edge of what’s possible so you can talk about it credibly
How You'll Work
-
You move fast and independently, deciding what’s worth sharing and when
-
You’re trusted to represent CircleCI in public spaces with good judgment
-
You don’t wait for permission, you find interesting things and make them visible
Who You Are
-
You’re earlier in your career but already deep in AI-native building
-
You’ve shipped experiments with agents, orchestration, or LLM-driven systems, even if they were scrappy
-
You have strong opinions about how AI systems should be structured, and you’re not shy about sharing them
-
You write and demo because it’s how you think, not because it’s assigned
You'll Stand Out If You Have
-
A GitHub full of AI experiments that you actively share or demo
-
Experience posting technical content while you’re still building it
-
A presence in AI or builder communities where people recognize your work or ideas

뉴스 & 버즈
Is Claude/Github/CircleCi/etc having issues? Of course it is. I built YASPS to quickly tell whether a service is reported as being down.
YASPS - Yet Another Status Page Service. Its a menu bar app that you can quickly glance at to see whether services you're subscribed to is having issues. Theres also a paid tier that lets you do things like create a status page, push updates to your teams (scheduled maintenance, outages, etc), and monitor your internal or public services from different locations. Would love some feedback on the tool. The actual app to monitor public services is free with no account required to download or use.

I finally understood CI tools (Jenkins vs GitHub Actions vs GitLab CI vs CircleCI) — sharing a simple breakdown
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been learning DevOps and was honestly confused about CI tools for a long time — Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI… they all felt the same 😅 So I spent time breaking it down in a very simple way and created a short video explaining: * What CI tools actually do * Key differences between Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and CircleCI * When to use each tool * A simple Jenkins pipeline example * Real CI flow: Code → Build → Test → Deploy If you’re just starting
