
Senior Business Communications Advisor – AI Enablement at Cigna
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Communications Advisor – AI Enablement (Senior Business Communications Advisor) to support the AI Enablement Office (AI EO). This role helps share clear and simple messages about the company’s AI strategy, progress, and guidelines. You will work closely with leaders and teams to turn complex AI topics into easy-to-understand updates. This includes presentations, emails, and company-wide communications. The goal is to make sure everyone understands what we are doing and why it matters.
Responsibilities:

Create clear and professional communications for senior leaders, including presentations and talking points

Turn complex AI topics into simple, easy-to-understand messages

Support leaders with communication strategy and messaging

Ensure messages are consistent across emails, internal sites, and company updates

Partner with teams such as PMO, Governance, Product, HR, and Communications to align messaging

Help plan and support town halls, newsletters, and key updates

Coach leaders and teams on how to communicate clearly and effectively

Share updates with both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in business communications, strategy, or advisory roles

Experience creating content for senior leaders
-
Strong ability to explain complex topics in a simple way

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
