We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Centers. This is an on-site, third‑shift role where you will help keep the building, equipment, and systems running safely and smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general preventive maintenance, repair and installation of buildings systems, equipment and grounds. Works under minimal supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting.
• Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Completes assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Inspects, maintains and repairs building systems including but not limited to emergency generators, UPS (uninterruptable power supplies), HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, lighting and plumbing to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment outlined by company SOP’s
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
• Responsible for escorting contracted vendors.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ability to handle internal calls/tickets/needs from site operations team.
• Foster good working relationships.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Basic knowledge of financials and principles.
• Follow Safety/OSHA Guidelines.
• A fast paced, high energy work environment.
• HVAC experience

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work onsite only
• Strong focus on personal safety and the safety of others
• Ability to read and understand manuals and basic drawings
• Willing to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire
• Comfortable using basic computer programs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
• 2nd Shift Schedule: 2:30pm – 11:00pm (Mon – Fri)
• On-call as needed
• Work at one location

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
