Market Insight Lead Analyst- Hybrid at Cigna
About the role
Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc. seeks a Market Insight Lead Analyst in our Plano, TX location to develop and execute enterprise-wide multi-step automated email marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening customer relationships with the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
-
Configure complex A/B testing, multivariate testing, holdout testing, send time optimization testing, audience segmentation testing, layout testing, and design testing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.

Facilitate automated email communications by creating email automation flow, positioning assets that support the delivery of email campaigns, and configuring full software integration with Salesforce Data Cloud (SFDC) through requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and implementation.

Envision and outline the best campaign execution setup.

Draft and update Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) in emails and landing pages and test HTML coding in Litmus to ensure the emails appear/render as desired.

Ensure campaigns adhere to data quality standards and applicable HIPAA privacy guidelines.

Develop standards for data quality and make recommendations for data quality improvement.

Deploy and monitor live campaigns to ensure successful delivery of messages and provide support and troubleshooting as needed.

Maintain and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans.

Drive campaign planning, testing, and execution while developing strong relationships with the internal creative services agency and marketing communications strategists.

Provide oversight, guidance, and subject matter expertise of email marketing best practices and applicable marketing tool capabilities during projects and campaign implementation.

Oversee\ quality assurance and quality control to meet corporate standards and data security best practices.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of inbound and outbound data transfers between Salesforce and Eloqua.

Facilitate the seamless and consistent integration of data for use in campaigns and interpret the data resulting from successful marketing campaigns.

Participate in strategic sessions with stakeholders, technology leadership, external service providers, and structure teams to deliver end-user solutions driven by business needs and requirements pertinent to campaigns.

Ensure that individual technical solutions align with the future state architectural vision of marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Marketing, Business Analytics or related plus two years of digital marketing experience.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
