About the Role
We are looking to extend our KSA team.
This role supports the delivery of clear, engaging marketing and internal communications across multiple channels in Saudi Arabia.
You’ll contribute to content creation, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift and follow-through matters.
What You’ll Do
- Support the creation and localization of marketing and internal communications content in English and Arabic to ensure messages are clear, accurate, and culturally relevant.
- Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters, email bulletins, and town halls by drafting messages and coordinating updates.
- Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies to support consistent content publishing.
- Track campaign, social media, and event performance, and prepare clear, basic reports to support ongoing improvement.
- Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across channels.
- Support the planning and delivery of wellness events, local activations, and internal or external events, including logistical coordination.
- Contribute to product launches and digital platform rollouts by supporting content updates, internal communication, and coordination with partners, vendors, and agencies.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Around 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Experience working with social media platforms and basic design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and see work through to completion in time-sensitive situations.
